Interesting article from the publication by John Deere, “The Furrow”. Great read, and it is very straight forward in discussions of grass fed versus grain fed beef. For all of our traditional producer friends, this article hits the nail on the head …. we produce a grass finished product because we believe in it and the chance to offer to our customers a healthy, sustainable, high protein source that is delicious. It is creation of a niche, not a judgment against traditional beef cattle production.
